20D×20D/35GSM 400T Matte Nylon Down Fabric is a high-density lightweight fabric designed for high-end down jackets. It is braided with 20D ultra-fine denier nylon yarn double warp and double weft (20D×20D) and combined with 400T high-strip high-density weaving process to ensure that the fabric has lightness, strength and fleece resistance. The 35g/m² (GSM) gram weight allows it to provide durability and windproof and warmth while remaining lightweight. Matte finish gives the fabric a low-key and elegant texture while enhancing stain resistance and easy care properties.
The fabric has undergone precision calendering process and is more compact in structure.
